• Payments are securely processed via our payment partners

4. Withdrawals

Organisers can request withdrawals for ticket earnings, subject to:

• Verification of ticket sales and attendee details
• Applicable commission deducted before payout

5. Intellectual Property

All content and branding on SimplyEvents are owned by us. You may not copy or use them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SimplyEvents is not liable for losses from event cancellations, organiser disputes, or technical issues.
